Oram Halcyon 60

One of the most interesting projects to come around recently was for a Bob Oram designed 60’ Halcyon cat.

The requirements for the boat included:

1. a free Standing Carbon mast (no Stays),
2. in-boom furler for easy handling
3. a large roach to ensure the performance and sail area was maintained

Most sailmakers consider just 2 of these requirements difficult, however at Ultimate sails it was approached uniquely and we have managed to incorporate all 3 of these into the sail.
